I really loved this place the prices are good but the food is AWESOME!!! I have been to some very fine restaurants in my time and have had to return risotto (One of my favorite dishes) because it was either too runny or too stiff! But here it was PERFECT!!! Also, my friend ordered filet medium rare and it came bathed in a red sauce that was delicious and as you know red meat in a red sauce it's easy for the chef to over cook it and hide it in the sauce but this was also PERFECT and fresh! My only observation is the dishes should have the sauce on the side to better enjoy the cut of meat. But other than that, if you're looking for a GREAT meal in Santiago, I SUPER RECOMMEND this place!
Pedro Restaurant has, like they say, the best Spanish food in Santiago and also the friendliest of service. Can't wait to go back!
